My boyfriend has been in the UK for 5 years and he asked me where Ireland was the other day.. he didnt have a clue! He does want to go to Edinburgh though.. so as soon as we find it on the map, we'll be off..

Nice one Saphire, that made me laugh. Make sure you have the map the right way up or you mind find yourself in Jersey!!

Hello Aggie

What these legging English girls wear?

I must look closer and at more women :)

I'm half Polish/half English so we can be half friends..

By leggings she means stockings.Stockings are great.Especially covering the smooth surface of shaped polish legs.But polish girls do not need them,do they?Their bare legs are the ultimate weapon.

<whistles innocently>

As long as one is a hopefully a little amsuing and a bit tongue in cheek one can get away with almost anything. Like spandex, smiles cover a modicum of sins. :)

But don't get me started on smiling. It's virtually impossible nowadays.

Fear not Aggi, Ive known a Polish girl whos been in the Uk for 4months. Prior she couldn't speak one single word of english its amazing how quick you will learn just by going about everyday life :P

I can understand her and all I have to do is be patient.

you live in the UK but dont know where the capital of scotland is?

this was a joke.. sorry you dont get my soh.

aggi.. get yourself an english bf and your english will improve. One of the probs that some of you guys suffer from is the ex pat syndrome.. that is hanging out with other Polish people and not integrating into english life. My partner had been here for 4 yrs when i met him and didnt have any english friends, so of course his english was crap.. these days its much better :)
