See... there are always more than one world that exists in the same country. Specially in this age of 'No Culture' (as I see it). Their are people who are very religious and most pure hearted, there are people who are not so pure but religious, people who are not religious or pure (but not very bad people), people who are selfish and restless (many, the MONEY type ), and people who are bad in all sectors.

You do realize that poles have been working en masse in the uk and ireland for awhile now, where (surprise!) people speak english and the euro and sterling are worth just a touch more than your currency.

Polish girls do not fall so much for money.They are not spoilt as much as their western counterparts.And most importantly they have seen now part of the western decadence making westerners far less appealing in their eyes.

True, but canada/usa are still more appealing to Poles than the UK. People all over the world still crave the "american dream" which the UK doesn't quite have. Supposedly life is better in usa/can - according to my british colleagues here. Not many people in the UK can afford a house with a backyard/driveway, for example. In canada it's often easier (and finanically better) to buy a house than rent a flat. So what if your currency is worth more than ours? The cost of living is much higher in europe than it is here.

When i go to Poland for vacations and to visit my family, i can't keep women away from me. Not trying to show off or sound arrogant or piggish or a "playa" or whatever you're thinking. I'm an average looking guy who gets no more than average attention from girls in canada. When i go out with friends here in canada i can usually chat with 1 girl at the bar (i am a little shy/quiet though) but in poland i get many girls wanting to (at least) talk to me ... not complaining though:). So from my personal experience, polish women love canadians and probably all "westerners."

For some polish women, it's easier to marry a canadian(or westerner). It's like going from rags to riches.

it's like it but not quite it. north america is severely lacking in the culture department and canada seems to head that one. maybe the ladies that are "wanting" to talk with you are either a) being polite or b) just wanting to practice their english (or test yours)

People in Poland know North America mostly from Hollywood propaganda stuff movies which are pretty far from the truth.
I live in Canada and in my opinion Europe is much more advanced in lots of aspects of life.
Poland has lost 50 years because of post WW2 affiliation with communist Russia and now has to work hard to catch up with the rest of the World.
North Americans are quite separated from the rest of the World and most the info about it get from Hollywood movies and their media that are shaping them according to the government agenda.
Polish girls are quite easy going and curios of the world, thats why arent afraid of showing their interest in guys from different countries. Also they consider Canada exotic and rich country because that is common perception of Canada (shaped by media).
Canadian guys have it really bad with Canadian girls. They are rather on egocentric and egoistic side, they often call them "b.i.t.c.h.e.s". I must say that there is a huge difference in attitudes of Polish and Canadian girls.
Polish girls value family and education. Of course there is also gold diggers. But in general in Poland you will meet much more girls that aren't materialistic than in Canada. Its seems to me that to the most of Canadian girls money is the priority.
Canadian girl is going to be pretty straightforward about it, often nasty, thats why guys call them the way they do and very often are quite bitter about it.

That is the reason you have guys like this one here,
he comes from a country where he got his ass kicked by the girls lots of time, where he doesn't get much action.
Coming to Europe, especially Eastern Europe is for him a Paradise.

Just today I saw an extremely overweight girl, around 200kg (!!!) with quite regular looking guy.
In Poland this girl would have to lose 100kg to enter dating scene, in Canada she doesn't have to because guys are pretty desperate and intimidated.

you are right my friend, i remember being at the top of my game back in canada- a guy had to be, then i came to europe, heck even in germany and france they make the canadian women look like they just came out of the rubbish bin. i swear the climate and the consumerism has created this female complacency in n.a. that only the mexican ladies can save the continent from.

but really a polish girl not giving some guy the complete brush off means she is treating him as a person, no more, no less and she should be treated with equal respect.

um, as much as i don't want to agree with you, you may have a point; case in point, many polish girls are lovely here but complete slags over there. consumerism has been on the rise steadily for the last 8 years here, but still there's been no dent in the great attitude of european (polish) ladies.

But even stating that, I still really don't chalk much up to feminism though, it's like machoism. I.E., in small doses i suppose it's healthy that wo/men are feminists or machoists(respectively and to a degree), but any excess is just stupidity at work.

Lacking in the culture department? Sure it doesn't have it's own culture, rather it's a cosmopolitan of hundreds of cultures. Besides nobody cares about this, people just come here for a better life.

a) They were not just being polite, they really wanted to talk and get me interested in them. I was not looking to establish any relationship beyond friendship with any of these girls, just wanted to spend some time with my cousins.

b) I speak fairly good polish so no these girls were not trying to practice their english. I was actually practicing my polish:)

I'm not the type of guy you think i am. I am a quite guy, not a pimp. But i do go out often with friends and i know very well when a girl is really interested.



Nice theory, however its only true for a small percentage of polish women. Polish women are great (all about education & family life) but they also want to secure a comfortable life (Well, all women do - it's how their biology works). Many women are not happy with life in poland - yes they've admitted this to me. So when a foreigner shows up they focus on him. My (male) cousins have always complained about polish women showing more interest in foreign students/men. If you were polish, you would know this by now.



Haha, I don't get my "ass kicked" here - i have a gf and never had problems with women. It's just a bit more difficult. In canada men go to the women, in poland the women go to the (foreign) men. I'm not saying polish women are promiscuous/desperate, they're (as stated above) just looking for a better life. Nothing wrong here.

How do woman know youre Canadian? do you wear a "I am Canadian" shirt all the time? for some reason I have all the confidence in the world when Im in poland and it pays off, does it help being canadian.. maybe for some conversational purposes and they really do dig my accent lol

Well i do have an accent when speaking polish and sometimes i can't find the right word which immediately gives away the fact that i don't live in poland.

But usually my cousins introduce me to their friends as "moj kuzyn z kanady" (my cousin from canada).

one thing ive noticed about Canadians is that they like to wear patches on backpacks or wherever of the Canadian flag or something.. I guess its because were loveable and we get respect when noticed.
