This research has used polishmen and people from the legal area to see what is going on with those polish girls, since some court cases have triggered some judges out there...
The think is, those girls/wifes do not stop anywhere. They have emptied accounts and thrown people out of their houses...You see clever guy FISZ, THE THINK IS SERIOUS. Thats why I go beyond your insulting comments in order to warn some peope out there. Its your choice anyway.

There is always going to be a few bad apples, this doesnt mean that all Polish are the same - this goes for all nationalities living in the UK...and what research has been going on??? I would be interested to know what it has involved, who has undertaken it and and what the purpose of it is???

it's confisential really and I can't give any information out.But trust me, it's the first time that judges and poeple from high up get so concerned about such an issue since its like an epidemia

the purpose is to uncover people who abuse the system and manage to take properties, empty accounts etc.You see, some years ago, polish people could not open an account in UK or other places in Europe. What did they do? They manage to persuade their boyfriends-we don't have much information about many girlfriends at the time that's why I generally speak about the men- to open joint accounts. I guess you can imagine the rest Shelley. And its not only one or two cases.Otherwise it wouldn't have been in the interest of the polish.I totally agree with your comment that there are bad people from every nationality. However, since I took up this research, I am flabbergusted at the results.I just hope some guys out there are more cautious.I'll be back soon with some more news on this research.

Because Rafik, Polish are obviously more interesting.....it would seem that the PL women are getting a bit of bad press because of a few doing wrong....Because of the influx of Poles in England there does seem to be building anamosity towards Polish...you know my point of view I dont have issues with Eastern Europeans coming to work here and add to the culture and economy....its the "element that are causing a few problems" that is highlighting how many Polish people are here....simply, a few a spoiling it for the rest..

they tend to socialise within their own groups...

Yea that's true. Why do they never socialise with other nationals. I've seen that in school & workplace

Polish gals sit around at their homes, unless they're interested in fishing some Briton, maybe they're too scared to go out, this is beyond me And Polish lads like very often to go out, believe me But perhaps they're too scared or/and shy to kick off a conversation with a British girl (e.g. me )
Tese are my teories about Polish singles in the UK If somebody thinks different, I'm not going to argue

It looks Bartolome that while setting up this thread you already had an answer to your question. From my experience however, polish lads don't even tried to pick up British ladies because of their problems with the language. I'm not trying to indicate that I'm more right than you. As far as I'm concerned it could be both reasons standing behind the whole situation.

do polish men like British women then? Why do they find us intimidating?

Polish men are just like all other men in the world. If you are a pretty lady, and after seeing your picture on this site I know that you are one, you won't have any problems with dating a polish guy. Of course there’s also the character, sex appeal, etc aspect (an average looking girl can easily be perceive as a sex bomb just because of their personality, etc) but lets leave this topic for another occasion.

I agree wit you Matyjasz, lack of language knowledge is a big problem in socialising amongst Poles and Britons. I can only speak for myself, however, and what you've quoted are my observations so far.

I think that the whole “polish problem” issue is blown out of proportion on this forum. Just like admin said, there are only two trolls on this forum, that use several nicknames and are slaging of Polish people. There's freddy/barbarella/etc, who I really think had some bad experience with polish people, but now acts really silly, creating many artificial problems. And there’s also uk/bulldog/etc that's probably a young childish male that likes to argue and draw peoples attention. I must say that as much as I think that's he's not the smartest kid in the world, at least he does stick to the Poland related topics, and sometimes he even triggers a really interesting argument (I agree with frank 100% in the "trolls r us" topic but shhhhh, don't tell anyone )

My advice for all users is not to take these two posters very seriously and everything will be fine.

And this post really made my day. It's total crap, but at the same time a very “juicy" one.

And I'm not saying that you are wrong.

Just as iwona said, more confidence and more promiscuous hip movements during dancing and you will have your personal British babe under your arm in no time.

American- Don't you think that if Polish girls were out to get our money you'd see more posts from these women in the forums? Do you think that you're going to save the day in here? Wrong place. There are no women like that in here...and haven't seen any passing through. I don't want to start with you , but you're in the wrong place for this hero business. Try contacting one of those marriage sites.

I do.

But it is quite amusing subject - which nation socialise so much abroad?

English in Spain or France? Creating their own close comminuties.

Muslims in Uk?

Listen mate Fisz, I have nothing against decent polish people and I do know there are some out there. I’ve never been a racist either. The think is, for all those out there who are wondering, some months ago, I’ve seen someone suffering while he was getting a divorce from his polish wife. I didn’t know the guy but I felt very sympathetic for him. He opened a joint account with this girl and took all his money out. Now he has an over-draft that can’t pay. Then after marrying him, she was trying to persuade the lad’s father to transfer property on her name. At the time the man was in love with her and couldn’t see the truth. While she failed her plan of having property transferred on her name, she persuaded him to buy a flat together. It was immediately after they signed the contract that she disappeared with his child and then started threatening him to give her money. The lad ended up in hospital with serious problems after all that.
Of course anyone might say, this does not mean anything. There are some indecent polish people as there are Irish, Brazilian etc.
The think is that this phenomenon is not rare. On the opposite it is spread like an epidemic. Let’s face the facts. I’ll give you numbers. Generally, there is a high percentage of divorces in the world. And then divorce is a painful process. But when it comes to marriages with polish spouses (only women surprisingly) it is more painful than usual. There are cases of blackmailing the father for money, cases where fathers found their accounts overdrawn etc.
That’s why I speak about a phenomenon.. But then mate, its always your choice. I’m just trying to warn some people out there to be careful. You don’t have to end your relationship. Just be careful when it comes to your money or property.
And then, what I find surprisingly in this site, is that no one discusses the issue. You just swear or laugh which probably indicated that this is not an objective site. But then maybe this is you way to discuss issues like this anyway.
Yet, I have to state once again that there are many decent polish people out there, so no offence on you guys.

and I would like to add to rafik's sarcastic comment, that to some people out there, lossing their money is an important issue mate. Good luck to you anyway.

English in Spain

Quite correct, I have said this before, I dont think the ex pats mix with the Spanish too much, but a lot of them are older and have their own little communities...A friend of mine that lived in Lanzarotte for quite a few years did have Spanish friends and was at one time engaged to a Spaniard so....its different sides to the coin..

I think it's a matter of time before Polish people coming to the UK (and other countries too) will start to show more sociable approach. I think that young generation is learning English more dilligently nowadays, for they see the reality in Poland which is discouraging and they either want to leave Poland to live and work abroad or increase their chances for employment in foreign companies that invest in Poland.

why all the muslims never say that non-muslims are right, even if they are right?why do they always mix with their kind? you think that you have right to say WE as you was one of the brits.probably you wasn't even born in the uk cos as for an english person you seem to strugle a bit with english.i wouldn't be surprised if you was born here but your mother tongue wasn't english.don't say "enough is enough", " we don't want you here" and a similar kind of crap cos you make me laugh.you will never be at home here.so piss off from the poles

that's exactly what I meant men. It indicates your level. You don't even want to discuss the matter with logical arguments but just swear. Who is pathetic mate?
I never denied that this is happening all over the world but it is just the fact that with the polish nation is a general phenomenon showing signs of epidemic.
At least if you had some respect, you wouldn't use Gods name to insult people. Not only that, I thought that you were relegion as a nation. You just proved my argument and I only have to thank you for that.

I'd like to reply to Bartolome:
please help me out........so if as you said the POLISH are so good why polish men are looking to have fan with women from other nations. As I understand for YOU Polish women are the best. Please tell me why only you know that??? I assume that if you ask anyone you will get the same answer that they have a fantasy to have a date with a warm blooded woman, most likely from medetteranea (e.g. greek goddess ). Do you dissagree???
