Just reading though the threads here and there is so much anti-polish propaganda from this American dude who keeps banging on about polish women and emptying joint accounts etc!First of all i am extremely familiar with the court service in this country as i am legally trained myself and i have several friends who are lawyers etc and i have never heard about any such cases!That is not to say things like this do not happen-but i think you are really going way over the top with this and it clearly seems that you are using some personal experience to slag poles off!
what research is thisyou keep referring to anyway? where i live in north west London there is a huge polish population and i have never encountered any problems with them whatsoever.I also know Willesden Green very well and i know there are, as there is in most parts of town, newspaper stands with polish papers etc but i have not seen the same sign you have about not bothering if you are not polish.etc.
I just cant really stand this kind of attitude and hostility toward any group of people-i think that especially in London you would be hard pressed to find anyone who is 100% British-My parents were both immigrants to the UK...people of all nationalities have good people and bad people within them and this stereotyping of polish people is Ridiculous and pig ignorant!

I cannot recall myself saying that at all. Just the opposite really, since I stated quite clearly that of course there are decent polish people out there. I don't try to generalize or make an impression mate. As I said from the beginning I used to be oblivious in all those comments by people up until I came accross with all those cases at work. Of course there are women from other nations that do this but trust me, the percentage of polish women who do that is a lot higher than that of others.In you want numbers, I'll be happy to give you some soon. Raughly though, I can say that the percentage is over 50% in the case of marriages with polish women and is only 30% for other nations.
