I read somewhere on here that there is a keyboard with the Polish alphabet
on it?
If this is true I`d like to get one for myself.
Does anybody know where I can purchase one?

There is a polish shopping mall on Irving Park Rd. A store in there has a software you can buy and install (CD). It was maybe two years ago when I inquired. Hopefully they are still there...

Never saw one and I live in Poland. You don’t need a special keyboard in order to type polish letters like ±, ê, ¶, æ, etc...

This link should be of any help for you. Enjoy.

On my version of Word I have all of them in the Insert Symbol feature. It's under Latin-1. I've got the 2002 version. Does yours have that? All I have to do is highlight the letter then go to Insert on the menu and then Symbol.

When I open the Symbol box, there's a drop down menu that says Subset. Does yours have that? I can choose various options. Does yours have Latin-1? That's where you can find Polish symbols. They're hard to find but they're on there. Also, where it says Font, it's set to (normal text).

It's actually quite simple. If you have MS Word follow these steps:

1. From the menu select: Insert, then Symbol...
2. In the Font tab select: (Normal text...)
3. You will find all Polish letters there.
4. Select/highlight one of the letters and press on the "Shortcut Key..." button.
5. Choose a new shortcut key (for example fo

This is how admin said to do it....but I dont have Polish letters????

First type the letter you want to change, for example, z.
Then highlight it.
Then go to the Symbol box and click on the letter you want to change it to.
Then click Insert.
It automatically changes. It's time consuming but it's easy that way. (if the shortcuts don't work)

This is simpler than working with Word.

Assuming you work with Windows XP:
1. Control Panel
2. date, Time, language and Regional..
3. add other languages
4. details
5. key settings - choose Polish (Programmers)
6. add - it should put the icon in your task bar
7. click Language bar next to key settings to see if the adding of the icon to the task bar is checked.

It should work. Then type as usual. When you come to a letter that you want it to have a little "thingy" press Alt & Ctr at the same time and voila: ¶æ¿¼
Make sure that the language bar icon in the task bar is checked for polish"programmers'.
It defaults to English
