You know earlier in the thread there were some people talking about how you shouldn't generalize the looks of a group of people, but every polish woman I know you can tell from the shape of the face and/or the cheek bones.

for sure, i can tell a polka from a mile off, not sure about the men though as they look similar to most other eastern european men.

Here I am again. When I ran the under a face-recognition site to compare you to celebrities, it listed all Asian ones. Do these pics change your opinions of the nationalities you guessed from the others?

Haha they do that to me too on certain pictures. The last one I did I got four asian people and mary kate olsen as my matches.

i would say one of the old USSR states, the more southern ones of course, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbijan or maybe even Turkmenistan. Its hard though maybe i'm a million miles off but i don't think so. You may even be Rusky, lol.

These are all my known nationalities:

Father - Ukrainian, Russian, Polish

Mother - Scandinavian, German, Irish, Italian, Polish, French, etc.

Hey has anyone thats polish done one of the genealogy dna test? I'm just interested what the result might have been. I mean it would be funny if it said you weren't polish at all. I have a friend who's family is so Irish everything and they did one of those and turns out they're German.

I haven't been told I look a certain nationality. People have commented on my eyes - I guess they look unusual.

The girl to the left in my second picture actually is Polish (100%). I am 50% Polish, 25% German, and 25% English. Guess that blend sort of washes out the Slavic looks. I agree - I don't think I look Polish. I have just been told by others that I do and I guess I didn't really understand what that meant. I do have the "Polish Girl" body type, though. You all do know that Americans come from most all of the ethnicities there are right? People saying someone looks "American" are funny.

Isn't that quite the double standard? Guys can drink until they've fallen like idiots and sustained head injuries (and yes, I actually do know a few of these dolts) but when women do it, its unattractive. Does that girl look like she cares if some guy on PF finds her attractive? I highly doubt it.
