I think you should keep the 'well indowed comments to yourself, Polish people from my experience are private people and I dont think he would appreciate your voicing such personal things on a forum....

Yep, as a Polish person, I have to agree totally.

Polish guys have class and culture and they treat women with respect. Americans, on the other hand, have no respect for the opposite sex, they see women as sex-objects. Maybe because Poland is a country where once kings ruled, there was this respect towards the woman and besides, every woman wants this Knight in Shining Armor.

I've been friends with a Polish Guy for over 25 years. He is the most Beautiful, Gorgeous, Considerate,Charming, Wonderful, Handsome, Person in the world!!!!!. He is Mr. Right whom I've been looking for all my life and am head over heals in love with him! But our lives took a wrong turn, when we both made the biggest mistake in our lives and married somebody else. (Our "X's" turned out to be devils in human skin). I lived in the US and he in Poland.
We are now both divorced and can't wait to marry each other. He is exactly like me. We are both Aquariuses, have the same color eyes, hair, same interests, EVERYTHING!!! It's so strange, like he is part of me, like as if we were "one" person.
The only thing we regret most is that we couldn't be together sooner.
Love is such a beautiful thing. If you find the right person.

hi there, a friend told me that apparently irish women are heralded as too ugly for polish men and thats why you won't find any polish men with irish women.
i know, i know ....its absurd

that's bollocks!that's strange cos u r the 2nd person to say that.the other one was my english friend.
i was in ireland twice and i live in uk.what can i say? i have seen hundreds of beautyful, slim women in both countries and i have to admit that i like the anglo-saxon look, some people may not but i don't care.it is my opinion.a lot of women here seem to have larger brests than anywhere else in europe .obesity is a different thing.
so why there is more couples with polish girls and english/irish blokes than the other way round?
-polish guys are more shy and have bigger problems with overcoming the language barrier.they would have chat a girl up.
-polish girls don't have this problem.if an english bloke likes a polish girl he can speak all the time a girl can just smile and nod.it wouldn't work out good for a polish bloke
polish girls have quite a good opinion among british blokes but the polish blokes aren't very popular among british/irish girls(i hope it will change ).and what else?
i don't really know.come polish guys speak up!

I like it also. Especially the way they dress... So different from the style of polish women. And it doesn't mean that I don't like the way polish ladies dress.

Hmmmm - I think Polish men are very popular amongst English women - they're a breath of fresh air - I personally think they have all the attributes that English women are looking for

It is difficult ot describe but I think it is a little different face bones structure . |I was reading something about it once.

I quite like Anglo-saxon men.
The problem is that England is so multicultural that lots people are just "mixed-look".

Yea England has a massive mix in it, Roman, Norman (French), Saxon, to name the main ones..

Neways most girls I've met who get ALOT of attension when out n about, usually have a non- english parents, such as half german, half french or half eastern European...

Most countries in the world a technically mixed, or had a lot of mixing at some point in their history, yet it's more obvious when the mix is with a diffrent couloured ethnic group....

Brazilian girls btw (by the way) have Portugese/Spanish/Native American/African heritage in them...

They got this charm about them, which makes you want to just grab them and hold them and squeeze the living day-lights out of them and never let them go.
Simply Irresistable.

For me if a guy is good looking (corcasion/european) i'm not really botherd about nationality - thats just incidental. One thing I have to say is - I have been to the Czech rep. many times and the men are not so attractive - but in Poland - OMG I had a cricked neck due to too much looking round - like I said it was a real treat...

From what I'm reading here, there are a lot of Polish guys in the UK. Some sit alone in pubs, while others bum around town causing trouble, and some are skilled carpenters working 7 days a week.
Come to think of it, these guys are way too busy. Iwona is right. You should go to Poland.

iwona - Much as I like the apearance of some Polish men, I think I'll stick the English, at the end of the day I would never move to another country and I wouldnt expect someone to live here.

Already had one visit off again in Dec and then off in Feb, but it's purely because it's a beautiful place to visit, also I would imagine there will be less in the way of talent bobing about in the winter....

I think you are right.

I don't regret my marriage and I am getting used to living in England but it is not my homeland and I can't change it.
And it is so different here- or maybe it is Peterborough?
In Poland we are catholics churches are full of people from children to teenagers to older people- In England seems to be only old people or foreigners.
We llike walking mountains again here ramblers are old people mainly.
I lkie opera, operetta again I went to theatre which was full of pensioners.
it is so different in Krakow- Peterborough.

Is it only me or it is in general problem for people who move abroad?

When I was a child church used to be packed at ever mass and confession full on a saturday! but you're right people dont go to church - all the shops are open and people work etc and it's not like it used to be.

There are nice places to go walking - me and my friends go out somewhere every sunday for a long walk and a lovely pub lunch at the end of it - some people do, do it, depends on what you like and what your friends enjoy.

As for the Opera and Theater, it also depends I live in a big city so going to see a play or a classical concert is quite the norm, I dont really know Peterborough very well so I dont really know what the people are like - maybe not as cultured - I dont mean that as a slight on the locals either, I suppose it varys from town to town - It must be difficult coming from somewhere like Krakow - which is very cultured..

Take a trip to the Lake District - you see all ages going climbing / walking it's a beautiful place

I was once in Coniston, I really enjoyed it. I love mountains.

Yes Peterborough doesn't have any university maybe that is it....
I can understand that you don't want to move abroad. I have in Krakow friend with whom we were going to theatre, cinema, did long walks , mountain trips.......

My idea is to buy flat in Krakow and go there as often as possible. Just prices there are rising.....so much.scary.
