Polish men really are great. I'm engaged to a Polish man. He's sweet, charming and soooo handsome. His friends and family are so nice. Polish guys really are completely different from the typical american guy.

just a pose to seduce you! (often)

Is that what that's all about. Actually, Grzegorz was a little shy at first and he had to look down when he spoke to me because he's much taller than I, but he has always been a gentleman. Once we got to know each other better, he loosen up and his personality started to shine. He's definitely special. I've dated many nice men who are gentlemen, but there is something quite different about Greg. I've never had the feelings for anyone that I do for him, and believe me when I say, I have a few years on me!

Hello everyone, Dzien dobry,

Polish men have my vote. I have to agree with every nice thing that has been said about them here. Including their lovely lips I have met a prince of a Polish man. Unfortunately for me, he already has a girlfriend. So, I'm hoping to meet another one. I'm French-Canadian and am currently learning Polish. I was in Poland last October and loved it, especially Warsaw.

Hi Ranj,

I was going over some of the posts and it reminded me of what I noticed in my Polish friend, at first. First came his wit. He was actually funny and witty. Not very many people make me laugh. Then, the way he looked at me. Now, I misinterpreted it, it seems, because he tells me that he was never attracted to me, and that Europeans tend to make longer eye contact with each other than North Americans do. That it was due to his upbringing, only, and not a sign of romantic interest. We are both in our forties. He does have a boyish look to him, and a generous body which I find lovely. Blond hair and blue eyes. But what really touches me is his kindness, his thoughtfulness and his wisdom about life. His ways and his beliefs remind me of what is important in life. Perhaps by wisdom I really mean good, down-to-earth common sense. A certain genuineness, as someone here has called it, I believe.

Sorry for going on like this... I got lost in my thoughts. But they are lovely thoughts thanks to a Polish man who has changed my life.

OK, handkerchiefs all around now that I have gotten so sentimental.

Ranj, if Greg is your boyfriend, what happened to that guy you met on a cruise who never called you back 7 weeks ago?
Something must be wrong with me. I don't understand something here.

Greg is the man I met on the cruise. The pictures I have posted of he and I and just him are from our time on the ship and in Papeete. I can't say that he's my boyfriend because as you have said, I haven't heard from him in a while. I still have very fond memories of him, though! He was very kind and sweet, and as Syrena said, he made me laugh and vice versa!

Polish men are hot! WAY HOT! I have one right not but it's unfortunate that he is leaving to return to Poland in June of 2007. His entire family is there and his 2 children. I don't blame him for wanting to go back. He also is going back because of his career. He is a researcher with a PhD. and his grant in the U.S. is almost done. He didn't receive another grant so he has to go back anyways. I'm pretty sad about it. I'm trying to make the best of the time he has left but it's difficult knowing he is leaving.

Why do polish guys & girls wear same outfit when they go out? Jacket, jeans pant & pair of trainer.

Ok i agree not everybody but really most of them. And it's really easy to know a polish girl by looking at her back ( always big a**). Am i right?

Please guys don't bring polish dressing style to other western nation. We don't like them at all.

I totally in to men but I can honestly say I saw no evidence of fat asses in Poland, the only fat asses I see are british women who have them hanging out of a pair of hipster jeans...yuk..

I purchased clothes when I was in Krakow - I would consider myself and a lot of other people consider me a stylish dressers....

it is quite strange I wuld say that Englsih clothes are smart, and good quality but you see so many English peple in very"casual" scruffy clothes.

And Polish , yes in England they don't wear very smart clothes but in Poland it is opposite - I saw so many smart dressed people last time in Krakow.

I think that they don't bother here they came here to work, noone knows them so.....

I would have to say that my boyfriend does seem to wear the same jacket, jeans and trainers everyday...but then again he is going to work everyday and changes there.

Still also he has the same trousers he wears everyday in the evening and has had them for like 7 years.

When he dresses up which is very occassionally he looks very handsome. To me though he is very handsome every day no matter what he wears. he has the most goeurgous eyes....

But i believe that he is not just here in england for work...soon we plan to move from 'shitty' london to essex (i am british)near to my family and where i grew up. He has been here 6 years and says he feels here and poland are both his homes, maybe he feels torn.

I think and hope he wants to stay here to be with me.

It may be absurd, but it's true because of the red headed Irish stereotype. Red heads are not cosidered pretty by Polish men. Being a Polish man, I know.
