My mother-in-law has come to stay with us in London for a month :o((

There are many mother-in-law (m-i-l) jokes, mostly depicting the m-i-l as a despicable , interfering so and so ..... This is the case, no matter what the nationality.

I would be interested to see if the m-i-l stereotype is a true representation for anyone's m-i-l ?

How do you get on ... or not get on ..... with your m-i-l ?

Do you believe there are similarities or differences between a Polish and English m-i-l ?

In my case, I suppose the best things I could say about my m-i-l are that she lives over 1000km away in Wroclaw and that I only get to see her once a year for a couple of weeks !

They say that children should be seen and not heard. Well, MIL's should be neither soon nor heard.

Just kidding, I get on well with my MIL to be. MILF's, well, that's another story
