There is a big Blues festival in Katowice every summer. Rawa Blues Festival. There is also a major festival yearly in Sopot. Depends on what your looking for. There are many different festivals and concerts all over Poland. Most during the summer for obvious reasons.

Creamfield is organized in Wroc³aw area as far as I know, Opener in Gdynia, Jazz nad Odr± Wroc³aw again, Ethno Jazz Festiva (Wroc³aw again), Sensation White (or something like this) in Hala Ludowa, Juvenalies (I don't know hwo is it in English) in May :)) time for students (drinking, dancing, drinking, drinking, dancing pogo, listening to some good music of course) KAN movie festival, ERA New Horizons - movies again... There is loooots of stuff in every part of Poland. Just google it! Good luck!

Open'er festival in Gdynia in July is awesome, I have been twice. We camped out at the site and every day went to the beach in Sopot. Weather was great, excellent line-up of bands, good value. There was a nightmare line trying to get into the camping on the first day and a stupid voucher system for buying food and drink on site (another example of poor organisation at major events in Poland!) but apart from that it was cool.
