I am entertaining thoughts of moving to Poland in about a year, most likely Warsaw...
Can anyone enlighten me about the music scene in Poland...I am an experienced guitarist/composer & also do arranging...I primarily play jazz/'world music' (Middle-Eastern,Indian etc.) but also jazz & blues/rock...is there any work for musicians in Poland?...I have found a couple of websites that are quite interesting as far as jazz goes, both more traditional & experimental...if someone can recommend a Polish bulletin-board or other means of getting info on this, or help in contacting Polish musicians, it would help me...can a musician make at least some money there?

Wroclaw seems to have a lot of music festivals, music of various types, so you might find something here. Also, there are some recording studios, so again, Wroclaw might be worth a try.
I think poster 'glowa' is the man to talk to.
