Are Polish people inherently jealous or their neighbours?

I'm just asking this question, not because I wish to offend Polish people, rather to try and garner an understanding of the Polish mentality. Like with many otherr posts I have made. Do people believe that since the transition of Poland from Commmunist to post-communist country with all the capital gains to be made, that Polish people have become more gaurded of their wealth, whilst other have developed green eyes.

Or was this already prevalent during communist times, when party supporters, officials and other commie bozo's got more than their fair advantage?

Or am I completely of the mark, and it the jealousy displayed on this site is purely down to just certain invididuals and not a national trait?

And for the 80% of reader who do not know what this word means.

PHLEGMATIC personality
You are a “lymphatic” or “pituitous” Phlegmatic, with an abundance of phlegm. Phlegmatics are characterized by the element of Water, the season of Winter, old-aged adulthood, the color green, and the characteristics of “Cold” and “Wet.”

all top officials get more then their fair advantage... its not just a polish thing..

shady is the word that comes to mind. schools closing, businesses. then they call
out to private sectors to help, well get off the jet plane to aruba and come back
and play some good card games and the people wont be suffering..

stop buying your auntie jane a new car with govt money and start helping get
things back in shape..

I am not jealous of Poland , I would hope they see past the war and see that the
American people suffer as well. we have a better system in some aspects, but our
Govt does the same as theirs and I am sure the uk could use a makeover too.

our president just like your president has his own interests in mind. if it was for
the people, things would be changing, you have to have a dam good job to have
health insurance, otherwise pay out of pocket some unreasonable fees for a office
call to tell you your sick ( no **** Sherlock).

just like the missle base. blaming the people is way out of context, does everyone
agree with Kaczynski? NO> he doesnt appeal to every polish man or woman nor
does Blair!!

I am not jealous of your countries, I wish we were not so far away from each other
it would be a welcome change to be able to come visit and get away from the normal.

Giles,.... I don't know which dictionary you have!..... but according to my one the word ''Phlegmatic'' means.....Calmness, sluggishness, not easily agitated, and composed!!

Phlegmatic

A phlegmatic person is calm and unemotional. Phlegmatic means pertaining to phlegm, corresponds to the season of winter (wet and cold), and connotes the element of water.

While phlegmatics are generally self-content and kind, their shy personality can often inhibit enthusiasm in others and make themselves lazy and resistant to change. They are very consistent, relaxed, and observant, making them good administrators and diplomats. Like the sanguine personality, the phlegmatic has many friends. But the phlegmatic is more reliable and compassionate; these characteristics typically make the phlegmatic a more dependable friend.
