What the hell is Perugia?? Is it like Peru, but an island? Can I find buried treasure there? Rum runners? Boot leggers? Salty sailors? pirates? monkeys? A tribe of midgets wearing bird skulls on their heads and screaming "HALA MAH...HALA MAH HALA MAH...HALA MAH" and their language is an intricate combinaion of "Click click derka derka"?
