Polish Phonetics of dating phrases

Hi, I just started dating this beautiful Polish girl. Her primary language is English but she knows Polish as well. I thought it would be nice if I learned some Polish to surprise her. I have no knowledge of pronunciation so any replies would have to have the translation with the phonetic spelling. Thanks so much!
