Hi, if im writing happy valentines day to my boyfriend do i write: milych walentynek or milego walentego?????

it sounds a bit weird but some Polish say so. I would rather write:
Kocham Cię haha (I love you)
or:
Jestem Twoją Walentynką (I'm your Valentin) : )

The meaning is in fact ambiguous. It could be "they are resting in peace".

for me resting in peace is usually "spoczywać w pokoju", while resting in the room is rather "odpoczywać w pokoju"

all of the above (including mine) are correct in general.
It's all about the context.

Or maybe quite differen "upieprzony jak świnia" Lilerary means dirty by pepper but also could mean: dirty at all or tired. "... jak świnia" here mean: very much or heavy.
So all you can translate to dirty very much or heavy tired. It depend on job type and context.

It means Spoczywaj w spokoju. You say that when someone die.
