So, don`t BS that Serbia put you in the middle. If its problem that Poland is Slavic state and that Slavic feelings represent problem to Poland, it is something else. But, then again, Serbs can`t be blamed for that situation. Only, powerfull anti-Slavs could be blamed and their plan for assimilation of Slavs. Plus, it is disguisting that Slavs demonstrate sush a weaknesses, divisions, incompetence and stupidity. Shame

Truth is that both Serbia and the west put Poland in the middle of this conflict. We did not ask for this. We had no influence to solve this problem. But Serbia and the west could have solved this diplomaticaly. As you can see Poland was in the middle. I blame both the west and Serbia.

Also if I recall Poland was the one who saved Serbs from the jihadists. We did more for your country than Serbia ever did for Poland.

Yeah, so how as one people can you ask the Poles to suffer for you? We suffered enough under communism and we are tired. We will help when we can but we are not in the position to do so now.

I wish you luck, but if Poland is guilty of anything... Its guilty of trying to help her people. Not guilty of betraying Serbia.

I agree, the international community sold out by placing politics way above humanitarian concerns and Poland was not really a player in proceedings

You may be right If the Serbs would declare war against the US but in the opposite case (especially after the Serbs have assassinated some top US officials), then you are totally wrong. Other than resorting to massive nuclear bombardment (which the US certainly dare not), I don't see the war against such a difficult enemy who now would completely be united in common hatred, an enemy who have a great tradition of fierce and expert guerrilla fighting in their own diverse-terrain homeland, and who would guarantee to have Russian support would be a relatively quick and comfortable business as the campaign against Saddam (not Iraq, for clarity's sake!)

Millitary might means absolutely nothing if diplomacy has succeeded in turning a whole nation into utterly dedicated enemy.

Ahem, politics, as ever cold the heart! Anyway, I don't think those little countries are that helpless. Hm, let's see: Liechstenstein is protected by the famous Swiss Army and the even more famous Swiss banks while Monaco is guaranteed by the French (most Russian oligarchs would even make a coup if Putin would dare to tickle either of them!), Luxembourg is tendered by everyone who has border with it while San Marino nests cosily inside Italy...etc... You see, Serbia is not the only one who has a devoted Big Brother!

Serbian anthem...

Bože pravde

Bože pravde, ti što spase
od propasti do sad nas,
čuj i odsad naše glase
i od sad nam budi spas
Moćnom rukom vodi, brani
budućnosti srpske brod,
Bože spasi, Bože hrani
srpske zemlje, srpski rod!
Složi srpsku braću dragu
na svak dičan slavan rad
sloga biće poraz vragu
a najjači srpstvu grad.
Nek na srpskoj blista grani
bratske sloge znatan plod
Bože spasi, Bože hrani
srpske zemlje, srpski rod!
Nek na srpsko vedro čelo
tvog ne padne gneva grom
Blagoslovi Srbu selo
polje, njivu, grad i dom!
Kad nastupe borbe dani
k pobedi mu vodi hod
Bože spasi, Bože hrani
srpske zemlje, srpski rod!
Iz mračnoga sinu groba
srpske slave novi sjaj
nastalo je novo doba
Novu sreću, Bože daj!
Otadžbinu srpsku brani
pet vekovne borbe plod
Bože spasi, Bože brani
moli ti se srpski rod!

English translation

God of Justice

God of Justice; Thou who saved us
when in deepest bondage cast,
Hear Thy Serbian children's voices,
Be our help as in the past.
With Thy mighty hand sustain us,
Still our rugged pathway trace;
God, our hope; protect and cherish
Serbian lands and Serbian race!
Bind in closest links our kindred
Teach the love that will not fail,
May the loathed fiend of discord
Never in our ranks prevail.
Let the golden fruits of union
Our young tree of freedom grace;
God, our Master! guide and prosper
Serbian lands and Serbian race!
Lord! Avert from us Thy vengeance,
Thunder of Thy dreaded ire;
Bless each Serbian town and hamlet,
Mountain, meadow, heart and spire.
When our host goes forth to battle
Death or victory to embrace-
God of armies! be our leader
Strengthen then the Serbian race!
On our sepulchre of ages
Breaks the resurrection morn,
From the slough of direst slavery
Serbia anew is born.
Protect the serbian fatherland,
the fruit of centuries of battles,
God save, God protect,
so prays to you, the Serbian people!

on the above pictures you would see similarity in symbolism

Focus your attantion on cross with four identical signs.

Now, those four signs, which real form you see on the Serbian Coat of arms (on Serbian flag) represents- OCILA (eng. firesteels).

In the fields divided by cross are positioned four firesteels, turned back to each other (not always though). Firesteels are `tool` which our ancestors used to start a fire.

That is same as Svastika- ancient Slavic/Proto Slavic (read Sarmatian) symbol.

They also had some kind of `mystic` meaning. There are few explanations of this symbol but, descriptions of old chronicles say that OCILA (firesteels) represent symbol of light (which is even obvious).

Meaning of word OCILA on Serbian is more then appropriate and absolutely support thesis about mystical importance of symbol. OCILA on Serbian means `from fathers` (od OČEVA). So, OCILA were firesteels which because of importance of fire, turned into spiritual and religious symbol of our honorable ancestors.

This information is my gift to Poles here, which i deeply respect

The Serbian government is due to hold a special session at which the president will be formally asked to dissolve parliament and call an early election.

It comes after Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica announced the collapse of his coalition government at the weekend.

He failed to get his cabinet to reject closer EU ties in protest at Kosovo's declaration of independence last month.

"All parties want Serbia to join the EU, but the question is how - with or without Kosovo," he said on Saturday.

what we see here now (in Serbia) is atempt of EU to desintegrate Serbian state and to destroy Serbs as politicaly, ethnic and militarily factor on Balkan. In the same time, target is complete Slavic world

key EU methods with Serbs are- creation of as much as possible internal political conflicts in Serbia and that way prevent Serbia to deal with outside attacks on her suveregnity
