Will polish sim cards work in one of these handsets:

Sony Ericisson K850i Cybershot phone
or/and
Samsung E570 phone?

Would i need to get them unlocked to enable to sim card to work?

It should work if your phone is unlocked. You can probably unlock it online somewhere.

Tey, you have to remember that unlocking online often doesn't work properly. But I'm sure that unlocking in Poland is cheaper than... somewhere else. £4? Wow

I suppose it might be even 10-20£ depending on phone... £4 it is rather for older phones or models where you just need to generate special unlocking code...

lol, nokia n95 at least.. or maybe the newest nokia from E series...... just joking;) take a look at some comparisons on the net and choose one you like. Pay attention only that phone must support GSM 900/1800 + as an option UMTS 2100

british friend picked up a new LG yesterday for 2OOzls after her own phone mysteriously disappeared from her handbag... it included a sim... cant say much fairer than that... ask your friends in poland what network they are on and go for the same - there are norally discounts for calls between the same network
