But you can set up sp z o.o. in Poland for 10 times less (5,000 zl), this is what I remember at least.

thanks for reply but Min capital which you required to set up sp z o.o. is 50000 Zloty. Also you need to do alot of paper work, waiting for documents from court e.t.c

OK, 50000 zl now (used to be 5000 zl I think). But the capital is still yours, isn't it. Do you sell it for 50000 zl or more?

No from Six month there was no business on this company, there is no Tax to pay, only we was submitting Nill Tax return.
