Polish speedway?

any go to speedway here?, tomasz gollob was my fave, janusz koldziej and karol zabik are good young riders, any1 agree.

Alrite Wayne,don't go to speedway but like to watch it now and again,real bike controlused to race motocross!!!

no i dont ride speedway, people say speedway is biggest sport in poland, and tomasz gollob was god!

Speedway isn`t the biggest, but is one of the bigger sports isn`t so popular like voleyball or football, but we have one of the strongest league on the world!

For a short period, back in the 70's, I would go and watch Teesside Tigers.

Speedway is popular here in Wroclaw, but I haven't a clue who rides for them.

oh i got told it was biggest sport in poland , maybe not then?, when ive seen it on sky the poles go mad for gollob

Just thought I'd post a message on here to plug the Ipswich Witches speedway team, we have recently signed two very exciting and very talented young Poles (Marcin Rempala and Zibi Suchnecki) to team up with fellow Pole and Ipswich Witch - Robert Miskowiak, and in the past we have had Tomaz Gollob and Jarek Hampel ride for us amongst other Poles.
On the Ipswich Witches forums we have a few Polish users/contributors and also the site has a Polish translation to make it easier for our Polish fans and friends.
I'm not sure how many of the Polish community live in or around the south east of the UK but your support would be more than welcome on the Ipswich Witches forums and also at the meetings themselves at Foxhall Stadium.

Since you have bounced that thread I would like to say, that Speedway is a sport with the biggest audience average of all played in Poland.

+ it's one of few sports here that you can watch with whole family without a fear that some boneheads will start a riot
