I humbly disagree. It would seem that four officers could have attempted to converse with him. When that failed, assess the situation to see if he is going to calm down (more than the 24 seconds that they did), and failing that, use their sheer numbers to subdue him. I am sure the police were experts in the field of so-called "excited delirium", and should have known that could have been one possible outcome. For goodness sakes, it is an
International airport, they should have gotten an interpreter.
