Polka_OLA: if yes, i wanted to ask how did you find employer willing to sponsor you and who waited for you as for a worker 2-3 months before you atarted to work. processing the visa takes 8-12 weeks so how did you arrange things ?

Visas for Australia can take up to 3 months or more to be honest...Im just talking from a inter-company transfer to an overseas office perspective and work colleges who have gone there on their on their own initiative...At the end of the day it depends on the processing time, my advice is get a good immigration solicitor who know their stuff and doesnt just want to take every penny you have and let them deal with it...Speak to the Austrailian Embassy in your own country and ask who they would recommend...They'll probably be able to point you in the right direction...
