Hi Everyone A professional Polish Pastry Chef with over 20 years of experience will be taking orders for November and December for traditional Polish sweets including Apple Crumble (szarlotka), Cheesecakes, etc. Please e-mail mszczep@live.com for additional information. Only natural ingredients used, no dditives or preservatives. Be quick as there will be limited orders taken. Monika

No response as yet. It's nearly been 2 months now. Do not bother with this person, if they cannot respond to emails then what chance have they got of making any descent Polish food.
