Few questions regarding finding job, uni and accommodation abroad

I am graduating from my uni soon and I'd like to ask few questions as I suspect there are some Poles who do live abroad. I am planning my future life in some foreign country (I am polish) but don't actually know how to arrange my life abroad. What I need is to find a job, accommodation and some university I could finish my master degree at. My bachelor degree is going to be from English philology with pedagogical training (so I can teach after I leave the uni and don't have to do any additional courses whatsoever) but I also speak German fluently (already translated a few books) and have some skills in advertisement (I'd have a job in an advert studio if it were not for my study). I am not scared of any manual labor but I am having a tough time to find my future work. Don't get me wrong, there seems to be a load of organizations which enable transitions abroad and even arrange studies, but I am kind of confused and don't really know how to make all this possible.
I am 22 and would like to live and work in either UK, USA or Australia, but don't mind any exotic countries like Africa.
Any thoughts?
