You've both utterly missed the point. Did you not notice that the target of the humour is not the Polish ambassador but the idiot immigration officer?

I mean, how obvious did they have to make it? Do lighten up a bit.

I think that your name is not Johnny. Polish people are not allowed to be named John and only a Pole would be so entirely defensive as to assume that a comedy scene which so clearly mocks a British racist is in anyway anti-Polish or racist.

Well, I was watching a Polish comedy the other day where they were all blacked up to play negroes. Why not complain about that too? I think there was also a strong bit of anti-Russian racism in the show too.

Come to think of it, there was a police programme a few years ago where all the villains were Ukrainian or Russian mafia... a bit racist, don't you think?

I think it's absolutely brilliant :D I mean it's funny, and the mere fact that British people
react with humour to the enormous influx of foreigners to their country says a lot about
them :)

I would like to say that the worst that would happen in Poland, if we experienced similar
(percentage-wise) influx of foreigners to our country, would be some satirical programmes,
but unfortunately I can't be sure of that.

Exactly. I am Polish and I think this show is hilarious.

BTW - These are the same guys that made Little Britain. And they make fun of everyone. British, Indian, Poles, Gays, Scottish, Americans - virtually everyone can be offended by their wicked sense of humour.

And now is a time of a "serious question". If there is a person, who split at every social, national or sexual group - basically at everyone without exception - can we still call it a "racism" or "discrimination"?
I think not. This person treat everyone equally. :-)

lols,yep,thats the one Puella,once Id mastered his name I knew Id cracked the edges for learning Polish :) gets a bit harder after a couple of jugs of Miadowe(?mead) though ....
Saying that,does anyone have a link for this with english subtitles?
Ive seen it without,got about every 20th word and still found it hilarious...the scene where he escapes is pure silent comedy gold :)
