Good case against socialist health care: why we should all pay for such idiots getting himself into trouble? If he had to pay for rescuing him out of his own pocket he would at least think about it before. Absolutely, that's one of the problems that rescue teams have across the world. Bailing out people who take stupid risks. I think Stossel did a show about it a while back. Anyway, with regards to drugs, 99% of the time it's a question of personal responsibility. People tend to perform very very bad risk analysis which leads to stupid decisions...in the case of drugs, that means doing too much, way too much to the point where they can't handle it. I have no sympathy at all for those people.
