Why?

If I said "Nigerians are overly reliant on social welfare benefits" that would be a statement of fact. An ethnic criticism, perhaps, but not a racial generalisation.

Now, if I said "every Nigerian is on the welfare, getting free buggys, gaffs and mercs from the government" that would be a lie. Probably derived from racism.

And if you call the Polish people, who legally went to Ireland, planters, killers, calling them "the enemy", manipulate statistics to suit your own agenda, denying them rights like learning Polish in school as a foreign language (a normal class), shouting that all non-Irish should leave Ireland etc... then what?

damn amathyst i think you need to get laid ,Wtf??? it sounds like you got issues and since when do you have a country?? who the f, died and made you owner of the country ?? honestly you sound like you need a man and if you do have one tell him to pull his finger out and do a better job with you in the bedroom? and for god sake stop with all the hate cause polish female are angels compared to british chicks yeah you know what i mean ! esp when going on a nite out with the gals then you either end up on the pavement or get banged by blokes from other countrys then you still enjoy it, so please think before you make any comments ,hence the fact that english girls are seen as very easy all it takes is one beer!

Said the man who comes from a country where rape is the national sport! Im certainly not frustrated in the bedroom, nor do I get banged by some stinky foreigner from a 3rd world country...and blokes that sh*g girls who as passed out on pavements are rapests..but Im sure that doesnt bother you. As for English women, well..I dont see that many with our colonial cousins (said with sarcasm!) unlike some other nationalities..but they'll learn that they really arent that exotic.

I don't think anyone owns any country, being born in the UK doesn't mean you own it :)

This is my country dear, since my family have been here for centuries and not just off the boat.

RevokeNice:
My country, under the constitution, belongs to the people, ie citizens.

And more than 2 generations!

faizeeekhan:
Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, etc etc

Wow, so civilised..

faizeeekhan:
I am from Kashmir (Administered by Pakistan), it is a beautiful little country.

So beautiful you have hardly ever lived there, hmmm I wonder why that is?

faizeeekhan:
We belong to the global earth :)

As long as you dont have to live in some 3rd world country?

What make sme laugh is that its only you lot that seem to think the world is there for the taking in any way possible, whether it be legal or not, you cant get out of your part of the world fast enough in large numbers and then complain when countries in Europe dont want you...India has a population of over 1 billion and cant afford to feed them yet does nothing about it...apart from expect the rest of the world to accept you...Nope..The biggest topic in the elections at the moment in the UK (England) are immigation and how to stop it...roll on stricter rules.

Look you are a woman and I don't think you have any respect for yourself ?

Anyway I am only 21 and I guess I am younger than most of you in here and Amathyst unfortunately you lack the manners in which you should talk to people.

Also I am sorry that I belong to a 3rd world country but what can I do, nothing can stop me travelling and doubtlessly you are for some god damn reason so frustrated that you don't even know what to do but come here on these forums and spread whole drivel of stupidity.

If you are so brave and so full of energy, then why don't you throw your comments on someone out there on the street, perhaps you are aware of the consequences so I guess you are limited to this forum and expelling your frustration out in here. I can completely understand and you have my full support but on the other hand I tell you what, this disease what you have is incurable, but again a good thing is that you know how to live with this ?

The answer is "turn up to these forums and do whole lot of Bullocks"

And oh yeah, I live in Kashmir most of the time, like at least 6 months in a year and for your kind information my wife who is from Poland also lives in Kashmir with me for those 6 months of a year.

Any more questions ? Although I know its a mere waste answering your questions but still, anymore ?

One thing I want to ask you, what is your educational background ? and what kind of family you belong to ? and if you are educated than what university did you attend ? and how old are you ?

I just can't work it out, how "STUPID" are you ?

Go and tell these to highly reputed third world doctors in the UK ? go and tell this to a most successful third world boxer Amir KHAN in the UK ? go and tell this to the third world owner of the biggest human rights law firm in the UK ? how many more, third world cricketers in English cricket
boxing, singers, actors, educationalists, lawyers, you name it and they r there ?

Britian is been represented by Foreigners specially from THIRD WORLD as you call it :)

Hitman04's wife is clearly an EEA national and can therefore come to the UK to look for work. There is unlikely to be any checks at the airport.

Once in the UK, she has six months to begin to excercise treaty rights i.e find a job (or evidence that actively trying).

Hitman04's wife will need to register as an A8 national as she is Polish.

If Hitman is a Polish citizen he can enter on the same terms as his wife i.e to look for work.

If he is a resident and not a citizen, he will need the EEA familiy permit. He can apply on the basis that his wife is coming to look for work and he qualifies as a family member who has lived with her in Poland and will be doing so in the UK. Clearly as his wife is going to be looking for work, they need to show that they have sufficient funds to live while she they seek employment.

If they do not have the funds, best for her to enter prior to Hitman04 and for Hitman04 to follow once she has found employment. At this point provided that the marriage is genuine, there is evidence that you are married and have been living together, Hitman will be entitled to the family pemit. Once Hitman04 is in the UK, he will need to apply for a residence permit. He can start working as soon as he enters the UK.

Re some of the comments - it is immaterial that a 'British' person's spouse was turned down for an EEA fam permit....the 'British' person's spouse will not qualify to apply under EEA law, therefore must apply under national law.

SAY NO TO RACISM - we are all human, blood, sweat and tears etc...does it matter than some of us is pigment deficient and vice versa - it is sad that some people still think the colour of their skin or the country in which they were born makes them superior, GET OVER YOURSELVES.

If you'd read the thread you'd see hitman04 is South African.

This thread is from last year and his missis was probably pregnant before she ever got around to looking for a job. He's probably buggered off and she's just another foreigner on benefits.

Thinking that uncontrolled and poorly managed immigration is a bad thing is not the same as racism.
