Well before the Poles came over with EU I believe there was a community. Birmingham was one place where you could buy Polish produce.

Depends on what you mean by 'enough'. For your restaurant, you mean? In my experience, i.e. with my family, no custom there, as they are so tight their ar$e$ squeak :D . So as for Polish customers, well... good luck!! But hang on a second. If you're a Kurdish man, are you sure you're going into the right market? You are, one assumes, a Muslim, and the main Polish diet consists of pork. Talking of meat, I used to have a girlfriend of Polish parentage in Sutton Coldfield. That was in the 1970s however. But GOD was she pretty!!!

I don't, I'm afraid. I haven't been there for some time.

I do think that bimber may have a good point about the business problems of a Polish reastaurant, tho'. I wonder if it's 'exotic' enough for non-Poles or interesting enough for Poles themselves (no disrespect to yourself).
