Ksysia: It seems that in the UK people suffer it through and persevere with it, rather than go to the doctor and complain and get cured. That must be linked to your WW experience, the great plagues, the famines, even the fencing of the pastures. It's very brave, but in modern times shouldn't be necessary.
What you mean is we're not hypochondriacs who feel the need to run to the doctor (wasting his time) at the drop of a hat?
PolskaDoll: I have never personally dealt with one complaint against a midwife.
Doubt you ever will either, they are highly trained and bloody good at what they do.
Ksysia: I bet a doctor can't refuse it for fear of discrimination.
I bet a doctor could get struck off for doing it, its call mutilation and its illegal in the UK (dont you feel a bit stupid after that remark? - you know little about my country deary :D)
