How many Brits are travelling to Kraków each year?

I'm doing some market research and wondered if anyone has some links or idea how many of the tourist coming to krakow are British? Thanks in advance:)

Speak to the tourist information offices in the area, hang out at airport (like the market researchers for CAA do) and other tourist points is a good start. Good luck in your research

I found this link, I know its about Warsaw but it does say that half the Warsaw figure is applicable to Krakow , so if you worked on that assumption and took the break down of tourists shown on this site then maybe it would give you some idea ? Not too accurate though.

Maybe email the contact and ask if they have details or a link into Official Statistics <although I glimpsed into the 'Governments Stats' and couldn't see anything.

Hope it's of some use or that maybe someone in Poland can give you better information.

...Very difficult to determine. First you cannot distinguish between pure British and Poles with a British passport. Secondly, you need to know if they are coming to visit family or as tourists. Thirdly, if someone visits 6 times a year, would you count them 6 times?
The best way is to get information from the airport authorities, who may give you the total number of British passport holders crossing the borders in a given period.

Did you get any meaningful information? I'm trying to establish what the population of Krakow is excluding students, the student population both Polish and foreign, the number of expat residents and th enumber of Polish and non-Polish tourists to the City per annum. Any clues?

Well, more will be coming across for EURO 2012. I hope the English fans show some respect for the city and behave responsibly. It doesn't sound like too much to ask but....

In the bigger picture.. VERY FEW Most Brits goto places like Greece, Spain and Turkey on holiday. Eastern European city destinations are visited mostly by drunken lads on stay/wedding trips. looking for cheap beer and cheap women. Prague is another good place for this.

Poland is a great untapped holiday destination the language barrier frightens off alot. But the citys of wroclaw, krackow and warsaw are getting more popular every year i prefer the southern mountain regions better food and drink although no one speaks english so it gives us a nice break from the UK. Klodsko although the only thing their was a fort with deep underground tunnels so we had to travel by PKP to the neighbouring areas some really nice mountains it was the most beautifull place a saw some aerated rocks and visited many small towns one translated was called in between forests. But i doub many english have adventured poland shame really because the beer food and women are great. Although i hasten to add not easy tramps like the english seem to think. SO naive are my fellow englishmen although most od us are leaving england due to non eu invasion most to australia lot of polish heading that way as well it seems you really need a passport to get in austrlia not just a burka
