My advice would be to head to a town,for example Tiverton,Devon has plenty of work.

the bus companies, there will no longer be buses on Sundays, evenings and Bank holidays, this will mean less work for the drivers, half of whom are Polish, they will be on flat wages,

heard at least a dozen groups of young men speaking Polish. What struck me was not only that it was the middle of the day, but a few things about them that suggested they were both broke and with time on their hands. Even the local temp agencies that used to advertise in Polish seem to be shutting up shop.

Thats interesting, could you tell me, did these guys leave Poland and travel straight to Tiverton? how did they end up in a relatively small town?

at a guess id say at there is at least a thousand and in a town of 17 thousand thats quite a lot.

id be very interested to know just how many do live in the UK but i somehow doubt we will ever know

Its down right worrying. The extent of this mass Polish immigration to the UK has a long way to go in order to play itself out.
