Why?.....Should the UK not be training and using it's own nurses, and encouraging our own youngsters to pursue medical careers?
Why not offer our own recently qualified nursing staff permanent employment?
Could it be that Polish nursing staff will be cheaper, work for agencies (yet again), with poor contracts? And ask few questions?
Are the Pole to be exploited once more, as per most other agency jobs in the UK?
