Passport Citizenship HELP for British passport holder

i was bourn in england i hold a british passport
my astranged wife was polish she held a polish passport
my child was bourn in england and we had a family emergency so i managed to get him to pakistan on a pakistani passport since his mother has gone her own way and we never registered out marrige at the registry office in england i cant apply for a british passport for my child his just over one year old and stuck hear i need to take him back to england whith me as i am not prapered to leave him hear his birth cirtificate says mother polish father british he was nutralised in england and has a birth cirtificate from there thight he cant go back on his pakistani passport for that reson
any idias suggestions any one else been troght dhis??
the only id i have for him is his birth cirtificate some pictures from england his medical birth record and plane tickets including the passport he came heare whith that was issued in birmingham england

the embassys dont want to know i need to get out of her ASAP
