"Was the hero who tackled an armed robber a Polish migrant? Brave mystery man sought by police".

The guy tackled a robber with a gun, who had previously robbed a jewellery store. But after that he was nowhere to be found. Now people wonder who he is.

You have to hand it to the guy ... he wasn't afraid when the robber pointed a gun at him. Pretty gutsy ... .

the young guy was an idiot.

all that he achieved was a photo op for someone. and it is the photo that will catch the criminal.

In the heat of the moment, 99% of people react instinctively, without strategy or skill and the other 1% have training and are probably working on military bases anyway. And even they get it wrong more often than not.

Ask any of the swivel-eyed DM-reading curtain-flutterers within 200 yards of the incident and you'd probably get a full ID on the perp and his assailant by teatime.
