Is there a way I can get a polish dowod osobisty while residing in canada?

Is there a way I can do this through the polish konsulat polski in Toronto? Or do I have to be living in poland first? I have a citizenship and polish passport already.

Quite simply, no. Your dowod needs to have an address on it, and you can't have an address without being in the country.

Quite simply YES.You don't need adress on "dowod osobisty".How would homeless people get one?There is no adress on my "dowod".
