If you are Polish and want to vote for someone in ILLNOIS that will make a difference in our lives here...please vote for Adam !!!!!! here is info on him..... Any Polish in Chicago go out and Vote for Adam. Lets show this country and state that Polish is GOOOOD !!!!

Adam Andrzejewski was raised in the close knit, farming community of Herscher, IL, in Kankakee County. He is the oldest of 7 children.

In a county beleaguered by unemployment, his father worked two jobs, as a school teacher and real estate agent, to provide for the family. Early in life, Adam relied on his family, faith and rural community while developing his tough work ethic.

Adam worked various odd jobs helping those in the town and worked in the hot summer fields alongside the local farmers. During college years, he worked at a suburban insurance company and also at a construction company as a laborer. His life experiences taught him the value of each hard earned dollar. He was frugal and saved his earnings, allowing him to graduate from Northern Illinois University with a business degree.

I second that... I urge all of our fellow Polish people to vote February 2nd here in Illinois. You may also do early voting and don't worry if you are not registered, here is information on the Grace Period Voting... chicago.about.com/od/governmentandmedia/p/VotingGracePeri.htm

Otherwise, if you are registered under the Republican Party, you are good to go whenever. Just go vote in whatever town hall you voted previously in. We need to help Adam get elected, he's very unique, and we need more Polish representation in our Government!

Seems amazingly on the ball with a lot of issues. But, unfortunately, people don't want transparency and personal responsibility, they want handouts and excuses.

Convex, I hear what you mean, but we can fight city hall. 2010 will be the death of the Chicago Machine. This is a grassroots campaign and the groundwork and spreading of the message is what can help us win. Adam is even doing well in the 3rd district of Cook County, which may be a surprise to many. He was recently endorsed by a Township that covered cities like Proviso, Riverside/Brookfield, Oak Park, etc.

To Sledz,

Adam is not connected to anyone! What I mean is he is not a Chicago politician and doesn't carry any political baggage like his opponents do. Someone else on here visited his website, again, it's adamforillinois.com And someone said why isn't he on the media? Well to answer that, he has been running radio ads consistently. For example, WLS is one station his ads have been on. I was walking in neighborhoods promoting Adam and one family just got out of the car and heard his ads. They thought the coincidence was funny but they liked what they heard. I think once people know about him, they like him. So this Februrary 2nd, we need to reach out not only to our fellow Polish people, but to family first, then friends who you know has voted. I hope the Serbs would support him too. Does anyone know of some site we can contact to reach out to them?

Adam Andrzejewski is a good man. Although he doesn't speak Polish, he visited Poland this past summer and was treated like royalty. He should get the Polish vote but unfortunately the Polish powers that be in Chicago concern themselves more with money than with loyalty. Often, Polish surnamed politicians do not get their recommendations. The old guard needs to be replaced with younger dynamic libertarians.

Dan Proft is the other good candidate (out of 7 Repubs) in the race; no problem supporting him either. These two will not raise your taxes; the other 5 will.

You are right, Zimmy... Adam is like me when it comes to speaking Polish but I met him once after his trip to Poland and he plans to learn it in the future. His father, John, is very fluent, and he's been on Chicago's Polish radio before. One problem is the Chicago Machine meddles with the Polish population to try and get their votes. But Adam is that one individual who can really make us Polish people proud and we cannot let this primary go to one of the tax-increasing candidates.

Adam can make it, as I've posted on the forum earlier. This is a grassroots campaign. We have the best ground work out of any campaign. If the Polish people get out and vote Feb. 2nd, he can certainly win. Adam's got a lot of support downstate and in Cook County's democratic 3rd district, held by another phony Polishman Dan Lipinski. By the way, Lipinski claims he's pro-life and a Catholic but he voted for the federal health bill that allowed federally funded abortions. Adam is winning that district, he has gotten major endorsements recently, the National Taxpayer United, to name one of them. Let the other candidates split the vote between each other, and Adam can emerge on top due to the grassroots support. So if you can help us out, you are only increasing his chances. Encouragement, not discouragement. Thank you.

I watched the debate and very impressed by Adam and Dan Proft, he took the show.

Although I thought Adam did very well and seems like a great guy, Im not 100% convinced.

Just trying to be honest, I still am keeping an open mind and look foward to hearing more from the candidates:)

If, if, if is right. Lots of people don't even know there is a primary on 2/2/10. Going into this race Adam had the least name recognition of all the candidates and now the heavy hitters
(Schillerstrom, Ryan, McKenna and the current favorite Dillard) are throwing their big bucks into advertising.

I've met 6 of the candidates (never met Ryan) and Andrzejewski and Proft are the two who would substantially change Illinois for the better. The rest are part of the problem. If all 7 candidates stay in the race then it won't take a large percentage to win the primary.

I am liking the posts on here today. I like Adam accidentally called the endorsement the National Taxpayer Union... it is United instead but that organization was a huge endorsement. Here is the website as posted above and the video is right on the home page. http://www.ntui.org/

All fellow supporters, please e-mail any information necessary to get out your relatives and friends to vote February 2nd. If they are not registered, they have till the 28th to vote in the Grace Period. This is a grassroots campaign and we can make it happen by getting the message around.
