I wonder if it would be considered less of a crime for her than the marriage rings that are based in other countries.

I guess it would depend on the gov't agent in charge of the case and how far they would be willing to pursue it?

wow nata, you fight really touches me!!! my great grandmother was native american...i get it. but really trading one country for another to be trapped in a potentially unhappy marriage is not worth it. if you can bide your time and do things legal, even if this means going home for a while....do. i would suspect you would find pride in your aquiring citizenship on you own, even if it takes a long time...instead of having been reliant on some one else...marriage that is. but i do know about desperate times ,reqire desperate measures also....my best.

I had a friend who married for his papers and for three years the woman threatened him with turning him in. Even the day before his interview for his permanent resident card, she was making threats! Just be careful! Too many crazy people out there to know who to trust.

I think some people are right that if you do it the right way (and on your own) you will feel that much more proud of your decision. You may want to contact an attorney to see what they advise and go from there.

Good luck.

1.no vaild visa = no right to be in the U.S = deportation without chance to come back in next 10 years
2. no lawyer will touch that case

For your info my dear.
Many of you are unaware of
On a Native American Reservation which carries their own legal system.
Many of these U.S .tribes will give you a tribal member status which holds a lot of power within 6 years or less. In other words you have to be with the tribes whether you have a job there or being a volunteer to just even help the Native People. The Leaders there will give you the us tribal membership which is very legal in the U S of A.

Thats it . thence you are fully an american citizen.

Thank you. I'm not proud of what I'm going to do but my intentions are clear. I'm educated but craving for more. I wish US goverment could give young people a chance...

You have 3 options.

-fall in love and marry a U.S. citizen
-file for a green card now (if you still have a valid student visa)
-go to Canada, apply for a working visa to work in the U.S, (come back and apply for a green card while you work here) Canada does not require visas for Polish citizens.

You can get in a lot of trouble for staying here illegally. Don’t do that to yourself. Go to Canada, let's say Vancouver, it's a beautiful city with many jobs.

these two are really hard to do, expensive and take a long time...

They are not pgtx.

I'm not going to explain every single detail here. I believe she is an intelligent person and able to research this.

I know people who done it and I knew people who didn’t.

Staying here illegally is not a violable option at this point. The emigration laws are tightening. If you hope to be somebody one day you need to do this. Otherwise you’re going to end up in the gutter somewhere and no one is going to give a sh*t about it either. You’re better than that.

Let your survival mode to kick in and do what’s necessary to not to end up like some of the Mexicans here.
There are many opportunities here but you will see none if you choose to stay here illegally.

That seems like good advice I hope she takes it, she is illegal and if she drives the first traffic ticket she gets she will be deported. Thats how most of the illegals are caught in the UK because they normally drive without road tax and insurance. If they are serious about wanting to show how much they love America or Britain go down to the nearest military recruitment centre and sign on. Paying tax and working illegal is depriving some American or British citizen of a job

Are you serious, illegal immigrants take jobs form British? I thought the Americans were the stupidest and the most ignorant nation in the world.

I would not work those jobs not even in 100 years.

"Nearly 12 million illegal immigrants are estimated to be living in the United States. The vast majority work in low-skill, low-wage jobs. More than half work in construction, manufacturing or leisure and hospitality"

No self-respecting company is going to hire an illegal immigrant.

"overall, illegal immigrants don't have a big impact on U.S. wage rates. The most respected recent studies show that most Americans would notice little difference in their paychecks if illegal immigrants suddenly disappeared from the United States. That's because most Americans don't directly compete with illegal immigrants for jobs."

If you wish to lead this sh*tty life as an illegal immigrant, be my guest.

Were in my post did I even suggest that I was an illegal immigrant, but if the type of work they have to do is all there was I would do it to put food on the table for my family. I have been fortunate in my life never having to compete for that type of work I am just sick of people short circuiting the system.

The vast majority of immigrants who go to your country go the legal and proper way. Like my nephew who took his law degree in London and applied to a law firm in Washington DC, he got the job on condition that he take and pass the American Barr Exam which he did and passed. His girl friend is an American he could have fast tracked by marrying her, he wanted to wait until he is established even though his starting salary was 200k a year.

My wife knows a young Polish girl in London she is returning to university to complete her final year in Civil Engineering. She took two years out to work in a ladies hairdressers so she will have enough money to put her through her course. These are the type of people I admire the ones who don't think the world owes them them a living who works for it and stays within the rules.

Over fifty years ago I knew many Poles, all of them free Poles in exile living in London. They all worked hard living in a country that they never felt welcome in, some of them were damaged by the war. Some made a great success life like my best friend who was fifteen years older them me (more like an older brother) we always met once a week when business allowed. I learned from him you don't have to break the rules to be successful. He was a living proof of this he built a great business, from one small shop and and finished with a chain of shops and a large property portfolio. This man was in a Soviet slave camp trained with General Anders went to Iran on to Egypt fought at Cassino and had his country given away and spent the rest of his life in London. He was my inspiration and the best man I ever knew.

Havok:
