Bobak's factory on Archer (Chicago) on lease?

I saw that the Bobak's factory on Archer has a for lease sign on it. Are they moving production?

it hasn't been Bobak's for some time now. they had a major family feud a while back.. messed up the whole business..

I was under the impression that Bobak's produced their products in the plant on Archer behind the store. I would regularly see Bobak's trucks parked in the loading docks. I believe the fued killed the rebranded stores in Naperville, Burr Ridge and Orland Park.
