I was watching Chicago News they were saying Chicago cop who beat Polish Bartendar might go to jail if convict. It will be any day before we know for sure.

Chicago Policeman will spend 5 years in jail. Just wait and see.

I was thinking did Bartender date this Policeman and why did he threading her for. Oh, he was drunk and she had nerve to refuse him. Didn't she think he would beat her up? He looked very mean to me. I wouldn't wait on him in 1st place. She should have walked away and tell male bartender. Maybe she wanted to get money from Chicago and be rich and then she may want to go back home to Poland.

I haven't pay attention to this. Alot of foreigners do get troubles and I just ignored them.

The trail started today should be a short one, The Cops attorney opening statement was that she was the aggressor and was throwing him around like a rag doll.....lol

Yes, Sledz:

It is what Cops attorney said, bartendar was agressive person. I think she is. I did notice alot of Polish waitresses are like that. Tough ladies. I think she will lose her cases. All Polish women was money. They do anything to get money and then go back to Poland.

American justice ...

what do you know about that? lol Just look at yours, in my 4 years in Poland I haven't met anyone who was satisfied with Polish justice. 99% percent of the cases you will never beat the "law" anywhere you go which I still believe with a good attorney you have a better chance in the states than in Poland.

It's a same with music, food, drinks, women,, men etc. IT'S A MATTER OF TASTE!!!

phew ! that was rich !
I always try to understand.Could you explain ?
What that different mentality of yours tells you?
That is OK for a guy evidently not fit to be a cop(being one thanks to daddy = nepotism in public service) to bit up unarmed woman or anyone for that matter?
For me its a drunken thug but for your different mentality is OK to have him in the police department for the next 12 years?
In that case - congratulations.

geez, how many of your country men beat up your women coming back home wasted every freaking day. I lived in Poland for 4 years, don't even try to tell me it's not true. It happens everywhere but you don't see as many drunks in the streets in the US as in Poland.
Have you been in that pub when it happened? NO. Maybe she talked back to the cop (you just don't do it in the US), maybe (and I believe that) she insulted him. You don't even try to think that far, it happened in the states so fu*k the Americans. If it was in Poland you guys wouldn't even mention it. It's a part of "raising" Polish women by their husbands and boyfriends. No wonder Polish women are trying to find better life with foreigners,

Well, I don't know, all my life family, friends, neighbors - I had only once experience that neighbor has beaten his wife (once) and it was a big thing.
Other than that - on the TV ! And it was looked as a thuggish behavior and to be condemned as cowardly- as for a women form young boy I was teach not to hit a girl even with flower.
So all your biased opinions you can show up your American ass!
I don't know where you were staying in Poland but maybe in the ********** as it was most similar place to your home in USA!
That cop got the job because of his daddy, he had drugs problem, then he goes to the bar to drink and he beat up a that girl - pattern.
In any civilized country as policemen he would be finished - I guess that in America he will get a medal.
So if she insulted him it is OK to beat up a women in the USA ?

Oh I was thinking- corruption, sad that even in America it seems to rule!
And then I have met you !!!!

Wasn't they saying same thing about guys from The South and something cousins and need for female to early develop runner skills?

freebird:
No wonder Polish women are trying to find better life with foreigners,

They should be warned not to insult an American husband !!!!!

I should apply an American mentality and shot you in the head in vain attempt to find a living tissue!
if that is the case - I think I should apologize??!

In USA Police officers are very "self-assured".

Man sues, claims rape by N.Y. police
http://www.upi.com/Top_News/2009/05/28/Man-sues-claims-rape-by-NY-poli ce/UPI-51351243569433/

"I didn't ask for this to happen to me," he said. "It's humiliating. I'm a man. I was raped by four men who held me down and put a baton into my rectum. How am I supposed to feel? There is no forgiveness."

try to do it with your Polish cops, we'll see their reaction, lol.
I don't know why he beat her up, maybe she was resisting arrest. It must have been a very serious reason for him to go that far and if not then yes he should be punished for what he has done but like I've already said, no one of us really saw what happened.

You wish you met me but you never have but your negative point of view about us is clear to understand, you just hate Americans you post communist bastard. I saw enough of your posts on this forum to see where you're coming from.

He was found guilty in the aggravated battery charge which he could get 5 years (doubt it) and was aquitted on the 2 lesser official misconduct charges,
Does that make the Police Dept unaccountable now legally????

So what even if she was really rude or a big biiatch, thats no reason for that 300 lb man to attack her, especially hes supposed to be a sworn police officer here to protect the public, not beat up on women???

You are right about 300 lbs male beating up 120 lbs female bartender. Guess what She won her case. I am glad for her. I was waiting to see what will Judge do. Now I have questions, will bartendar get money from City.

The video tape shows what happened including the part where she shoved him to get him back behind the bar. It will be interesting to see if this 250 lb cop will lose his job.
I don't want a loose drunk cannon like him wearing a Chicago police uniform and enforcing the law as he sees fit.
Gianna Fiorenza  Jun 4, 09, 20:25    #107
Now he is convicted and he's gonna get 5 years in the slummer. Good. Boy, cop in a prison... he is going to be somebody else's ***** every hour, if they wont just shank him with a sharpened broom handle... Did she win any money from the city yet?

All he received was 2 years probation and 130 hours of community service ( that consist of picking up garbage along the hi-way)

Not a very harsh sentence at all??

Haha just watched it on the news.

I'm not surprised at all. Cops always get off the hook. Remember that incident in which 2 detectives in NJ shot a groomsman outside a wedding hall, not once, not twice but 40 times? After a 1-2 year trial they were pronounced innocent!!

His dad is a cop also, and as for the community service do you actually think the other cops that run it will make him do any work..no way
Theyll just sign off on it and say he completed it.

I know she is suing him personally, Im not a lawyer but since they dropped the official misconduct charges against him, Im not sure she can go after the city now??

If a Pole beat an American waitress (and if it was recorded as clearly as in that case) then he would go to jail for at least 5 years and/or be deported. That's how the justice works here.

Yes, any foreigners come to America and get troubles, they will go to jail or be deported back to their country. For example if I go to Poland and get trouble, I may be in jail too just like rest of foreigners people. I have no interest to visit Poland because I am America Polish born in here. I know Poland is beautiful country which my ancestors came from. I am glad they came to America.

Maybe she may not win. She is married with child. She isn't working and I wonder if her husband is working. Bad News for them.

Chicago Policeman had good records and he make his 1st mistake. All Fair.
