if you were legal why would you hide??

I already told you I never said I was legal or not. I only pointed out that I
was arrested and cut from my home in Utah becouse Polish passport was found with me.
I lied to the judge the voluntary departure and escaped to Amsterdam to
escape from Florence asap. If you proceed to long theay can store you there
from montsh.

I really dont know. I am German citizen only using Polish passport becouse never planned to leave the US farther then to Mexico or Canada and had bad luck to be born in Warschaw.

You also got a university degree there, remember? Therefore you must speak Polish and you lived in Poland. You must have had a major booboo on your mind if you didn't even know whether Poland was communist or not at the time. It's not like the end of communism was a 5 minute event someone living in Poland could have missed because they happened to have gone to a bathroom to take leak. That was the biggest event in Poland since 1945.

Besides you claimed you were even talking about some government contracts between the US and Poland. Remember that? The money that was expected to be paid for your education in Poland? Remember how you mentioned that Poland was communist at the time? Or don't you even remember your most recent lies?

You also wrote you're just learning German and yet chose to write "Generalgouvernement für die besetzten polnischen Gebiete from Gestapo". Why not Polish or English?

I tking Adam Michnik says it was communist till 1992, my my first students visa was
SPLExes like chinees yet in 1992. It has SPLEX on it.

So if Michnik said Poland's official language is now Chinese you would believe too?

As I said, your story makes zero sense.
- You cross international borders based on a newspaper article.
- You claim to be a world renowned scientist and yet you need to send 25,000 letters ot get a scholarship in a graduate program
- You are really a German citizen but you hold a Polish passport
- You don't know wheter Poland was communist or not in 1991 even though you lived there

I can't see how a PhD is unable to come up with a plausible lie.
Honestly, my cat is a much better liar than you are.

From one side you can view all my visa sequence as big immigration fraud.
First I overstayed after F-1 visa to practical trainin and H1B.
But the I also stepped to the US with
intention to stay permanently. The may problem you have of you do that is
if you should register with SSS. Illegal immigrants should but what if your student
visa would be a fraud. Should you be loyal to US military or the INS ?
But I also barely overstayed any of those virtual visas (I think it is still
acceptable by law and called dual intention) not all have this.
But on the other hand I am permanent tax resident. If you fill NR1040 instead 1040
from your income you pay much higher taxes in the US and never paid hiher taxes in
other countries.
Now you have a problem how to get sailing permit if you were deported.
Any more questions ?

I dont know why. This all is technical. All people born in Poland wanted to emigrate
to te US in 1991 because of hunger and poverty. No ? What is a difference how you
do it. I was always hungry and had no money for canned pineapples.
This remember most.

I mean yet in 1989 not 92 this is an error.

Poland was not considered communist in 1991 by Adam Michnik. But I had
military training at academia to be army enlist with category A1 which is
unacceptable in non-communist country. This what I mean I dont know.

Well in 1991 I considerer myself only full Professor not really thinking if world renowned scientist. That is why never paid cent of taxes for salaries of this people in Poland.
Got to graduate school really to get F visa to emigrate more then agreeing I ma only
MSC.

This may no sense. If I overstayed F-1 with practical training, the application
for practical training would be a fraud. But then I should stay in jail to serve
for it. Why I would be deported ?

Sorry, no. I live in Utah. Unlike you cannot have here even sex before marriage -
you go to jail for 6 months if you do including Mazovia favorite - Sodomy.

But if I have Labour Condition application filled in 1998 I can stay in the US
under 245(i) even if my visa expired. Why I would be deported.

You are really a German citizen but you hold a Polish passport

Poland once was stamping visas for their own citizens from USA. What is so strange of it.
Zbylutek and Stary Wiarus are experts on this somewhere on forums.

I am not a Communist. I only started to study in communist Poland because Sweden
denied me Sozialversicherung in 1987. I stepped to Sweedish Sozialamt in Gothenburg and they send me to consulate in Warschaw. How could I you study without money there. ?

People don't get deported just like that man. You must have done something wrong. You know you can answer this question better than anyone else here :-)

Not really, as far as I'm informed, they don't frame people for minor things like that but they do deport them.

Thank you.
Also you know what's really messed up about people like Matt1, they're messing up chances to get a visa for all the others that deserve to get it.

In the US and Oz only the rich have the chance of higher education, at least in Poland higher education is cheap.

Not true. In the US the poor receive grants, financial aids or loans so everyone has a chance to study.

Visas for their own citizens? You can't get a visa to Poland if you are a Polish citizen. You need a Polish passport. That's what's strange.

You were lucky that they didn't jail you for longer for perjury. Yes, it's a fact, no matter what you may have read in a Polish newspaper.

jeezisskrist, if you used half thet energy you used to screw multiple social programs in a few countries, and studied instead then perhaps you might have a chance to make your diploma (if you even have it) meaningful. The more I read your gibberish the more I wonder how would it be even possible for you to get to any of the English world universities. They require you to take a language test. You'd have roughly zeor chance to pass.

So what are of "expertise" within the academic world would you like to claim?

Well i don't think many Poles hate Americans because they think they are rich or lazy. I don't think the rich part doesn't have much to do with anything. But many Poles do mock Americans for being lazy, which in reality is true.

I don't think so...

Americans live to work
and
Europeans work to live.

Americans work more and relax less, than Europeans.
