PlasticPole: Lean meat is good for you. Fast food hamburger typically isn't lean. I love pastrami, turkey, chicken, seafood, salmon. I never eat hamburger. You're right any food that leaves you feeling completely full after not eating too much can't be good for you.
Wroclaw Boy: im quite a food freak to be honest, i dont see an issue with eating full English breakies in the morning, i mean if youre going to have a meal loaded with carbohydrates They say a large breakfast, in the beginning of the day even if it's pretty greasy is better for you than lets say ,cereal. Because cereal has too much carbs.
delphiandomine: many veggies are just as bad - carrots, for instance. Yea Carrots can be sweet.
