Okay ... okay ... whether it is true or not, I dunno ... it comes from the Daily Mail, but anyway ... .

In a lawsuit, Thomas Horodecki (a Christian from Poland), 36, alleges the smog, traffic and bad driving on his once-a-week commute sent him over the edge ...

Turning to the commute he said: ‘It was the smog. It was depressing driving to Jersey. The traffic was horrendous on Route 4, and they are pretty bad drivers.'

Traffic in New Jersey sent him over the edge ... :-S.

Hmm hmm ... yeah, right. Probably didn't do a lot of driving in Poland, then ... :D

Give me a break. I'm from New Jersey, we all do it, we all get on with our lives.

Sure, route 4 totally sucks to drive on but it's Bergen County, everywhere sucks to drive in Bergen County, it's right next to NYC. People that live in Bergen County are mostly wealthy, it's a tradeoff.

"a Christian from Poland".....hahaha, that's great. too bad Jesus ain't gonna' clear that traffic, Mr. Horodecki.

Yeah ... this "once a week" is really something as well, isn't it?

Poor guy ... :S

I drive to work 5 times a week, with an average speed on the motorway (due to traffic jams) of 40kph. It takes me more than an hour to cover the 51km.

And the whimp is complaining about once a week.

These court cases should be thrown out immediately and the complainant should be ordered to pay ALL costs. The costs of the court, of the judge, administrative personnel, etc ... etc ... etc ... . That'll keep them from filing these ridiculous complaints in the future.
