Hey the USA is dirty . People come from all over the world to dirty up the place and throw litter arround because it is not their country. They do it because they see the people here do not care. I live in the country and the people just dump bags of trash on the side of the road. I think I will take it and dump it on the politians front yard! Indian is one of the worst states for being carelessly trashy I have a beautiful place to live , yet I live with the hoosiers and especially the hoosier women! Yuck!

KY may be dirty more than Indiana in some of the cities , however , they are exempt because they make important beverges there!! Bourbon comes to mind and then of course the best home distilled in the country

seagrams7 is made in indiana.

ARe you really going to call the Seagrams plant in Indiana it is more like in "Indytucky". It was built by some moonshiners who got lost and crosssed the river and didn't realize they were in the wrong state.

I think Connecticut is very clean, we do impose very heafty fines for litter and this may help. We also use our prision system to keep the roadways clean. Prisoners love it because they get out and get a taste of their lost freedom back and some fresh air and sunshine. While traveling I was shocked to see in Virginia, people throwing garbage right out car windows in broad daylight. I must have seen this repeated 10 times in one week. It seems as if no one cared and it makes the problem grow as long as there are no fines.

So the USA is much, much less democratic than average Americans think.

I have a question for anyone who can help me. Currently I am doing business with someone in Poland. Is there anyway I can do a background check on that person? Here in the U.S., we have a social security# for background checks. Is there anything similar in Poland?? If so, once I obtain it is therre a government or private website which I can use for a background check??
