Purchase Gift Card In The US for Use In Poland?

Hello:

I have relatives in Katowice & Warsaw, and I'd like to buy each of them a gift card here to send to them for Christmas. I tried IKEA, but gift cards bought in the US are only redeemable here.

They are not "high-end" shoppers, so something along the line of a Polish version of Target would be great . . .

Anyone know of a Polish chain that allows people in the US to buy gift cards?
