I like that, Croatia managed a 1-1 draw with Scotland rather than vice-versa. Good on ya!! That must have been gutting for Austria, almost like the Dutch were toying with them

Talking about creative midfielders, what ever happened to Sabastien Mila, i thought he looked a good player at Wolfsberg?? why is he not in the team??? He could bring a bit of creativness into the team and is a quality passer of the ball

Besides, I'm very proud of our guys. Soccer is not even one of our favorite sports. They played very smart and deserved the win 100%.

Beenhaaker is being slated in the press but he had a depleted squad.

This seems to be typical of the Polish press about coaches for all sports. A defeat is bad, but I think the Polish press likes to stir up problems with teams and always blames the coaches. I guess that's pretty common all over, but this man had Poland qualify at the top of the group for their first European Championships. If they flop in the actual tournament I can understand the complaining, but this guy deserves a little bit more respect.

I completely agree, the man has top credentials and can see Poland quite far in the forthcoming Euro2008 championships. I was actually taken aback when he was castigated so quickly. Come on people, a little appreciation for what this guy has done 4 u.

To be honest, it was a poor display by both teams.

So, America beat Poland 3-0 by a poor display? Hmm...things can only get better.

In my opinion, yes. I don't think that they would've scored like that against some of the better teams out there.

How come no one ever says, "It's only a game" when their team is winning?

At least two Poles were successfull...both Klose and Podolski nailed it for Germany during the 4:0 against Swiss! :):):)

Nice game...tada....

US played well but it was just a friendly. You're bound to get better if you play Mexico a lot, Honduras is decent too.

Poland should be fine in the Euro.

I agree, both teams were poor (we were poorer of course). All of the goals were off set pieces and it was defensive errors on our part.

Lost becomes the person who dwells too much rather than simply reflects. Let's move on and accept that it's looking good for Poland under Beenhaaker
