Hi, I have read all I need to on the British (or some of them anyway) view on Polish people coming to Britain.l. For the most part, they are taking up some jobs that have been vacant for a long time, as quite a lot of brits are actually better off on benefits, which doesn't help getting people to work. I am currently seeking an au pair for six months, and would have absolutely no problem with employing a Polish female for the job, if it meant it would eventually improve her way of life after the six months should she decide to stay on in this country. I could of course employ an au pair from any country, but after seeing how hard they work and how child friendly, I would swing towards a Polish person definately. My dentist is polish, I know of several other polish in good professions, so to say that they are just coming here and taking others jobs is ridiculous, as we have a shortage in these professions.
I believe that no matter where you are from, as long as you have the obligatory head and brain inside, and have a beating heart and a pulse, then you deserve to live anywhere you feel like it on this planet.....It is our planet after all, not one persons'
rant over!!
