A: a powiedz Sydul jak tam sprawy sercowe?
B: wygralas kwiatka
B: troche nierowne tetno ale lekarz mowi,ze sie wylize

U won a flower (woman)

A little uneven pulse but the doctor says that he will recover/be ok.
