We believe in the "not guilty until proven" idea, so when someone PMs you you may block him/her.

You can block a user when he/she sends you a (not very nice) PM message. The PM blocking feature has nothing to do with the main forum...

Now I see what you meant. No, this feature does not allow "not to see" any message of the member you blocked on the main forums. Because tomorrow I would receive an inquiry on "how to see a quoted message of a blocked member only" etc. (for example..).

this is definitely the lowest allowed amount.. on other forums, the lowest limit is 100.. i am on a few with limits of 1k and one that's unlimited.

i feel 20 is hardly enough to talk to nice folks like yourselves. lol

20 is enough for the time being though, its a hassle deleting them yes, but I couldn't be bothered with an inbox of 100, really. It's like my emails, I don't delete them often enough but I never re-read old ones.

Well, if 20 is not enough...then there is SKYPE or Yahoo IM...
I treat Forum's IM just for a quick communication in private. That's it.
