Standard european rate is E0.11 per word (your offering about E0.04
I didnt' know now the whole Europe is now in the communism era. In the US the price is determined
by the free market. If one day every second Polish immigrant decides he or she wants to be a Polish-English translator, the rate per word would dramatically drop overnight.
So if I offer a translator from Europe a rate of E0.10 per word, he or she will show me a document stating that: "In Europe the standard rate is E0.11 per word. Do not contact me again or I will report you to the Euro Tribunal"? What kind of logic is that.
