I am looking for a business partner in a new venture im starting. I already have an established company in Poland and want to branch out into another area. I am looking for someone who wants to be an active partner. The business will be a travel agency offering alternative holidays. I have done the market research for this and found a big demand, but I am looking for someone who is qualified in travel/tourism to help me as I know nothing about this.

Email me at rhysjames304@hotmail.com

Thanks

lol, Darius...Indeed, I have never seen a more amateur way to get women - well I'm sure he'd prefer a woman :)
See, this is kinda the line of work I do. I know that if I would want to branch out to an area I do not know about, there are certain offices and companies that can help you establish what you need and going on a forum is not one of them. That just looks amateuristic, unprofessional and above all loads the suspicion on you that you just want to place a hidden dating-advert. I would suggest the Admins move this thread to Poland Love and Dating. And besides all this, what the heck with a hotmail account email? Are you from Nigeria or something?

he may be legit after all. I agree that he should have explained what he meant by alternative. So what did you mean by it?

I'm sorry, I just always get a bit suspicious when companies actually go on fora to conduct their businesses. Normal companies go the normal way and succeed. That's all.

well, we need to be suspicious since this is internet and I agree with you. However, maybe he isn't, although I don't like hotmail accounts either, but they are free and a wise choice when starting a bussiness. We will see. I think that women are more trusting in general;)

Let me clarify a few things. First i am not looking for women, i am maried (what other reason would I be in Poland). Secondly I have a hotmail account cos I'm not gonna give my business account on here but if u all wanna look at my website you will see my company since noone believes im geniune.

czekoladowyraj.com (this is my existing business)

I want to open a travel agency for 2 reasons
1. to offer football tours etc when the 2012 comes to Pol (i am an official FIFA ticket agent)
2. To offer holidays as my wife's friends are all naturists and I have done loads of market research and found that this is a required sevice in Poland. It does not offer sex , in fact far from it. I have documented evidence if anyone wants to see ie surveys carried out on various beaches etc.

THIS IS WHY I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE QUALIFIED IN TOURISM AND DOESNT MATTER IF ITS MALE OR FEM OR EVEN A TURTLE IF IT CAN HELP ME GET SET UP.

Look at pengtravel.co.uk to see what im talking about

Befroe you start to judge ppl find out facts

Thanks for ur support miranda

What do you mean by "qualified in tourism"?

Do you mean that you are looking form somebody who has a NVQ (or whatever it is that kids have these days), or do you mean ABTA / ATOL bonded?

Sorry t be unclear about this but i meant that someone who has some experience in the setting up of a travel agency or has done a qual in Tourism at degree level or beyond.

I know that it is not like UK here as in there ar no governing bodies for travel agents such as ABTOL, its just basically a matter of getting a licence from Urzad Miasta which is not the hard part. I am basically looking for a business partner who can help me choose the right computer software, help me put together packages etc. I would like to get all this set up for next summer so I am searching for a suitable person now.

I doubt you will need specific industry related software and itwould be a significant and un-needed addition to your start up costs.

It's true you could run any business with a pen and pencil, but imagine a travel agency without at least some rudimentary order processing online. Once you have the internet interface, data will likely be stored in some kind of a database, which then you might want to be able to access offline. Credit card processing, air-plane and hotel reservations etc is another important part. You can't do everything on the phone these days. Accounting software is another must have.

Maybe M-G was busy?

And as far as the business is concerned: maybe I'm a bit too much of a traditionalist to trust businesses who refer to fora. Seen too much s h i t e happening over the years. If your business is legitimate, then Mea Culpa is in place and I do understand the fact that you do not want to give out your businessmail in public; a better way perhaps would be to say "Contact me via Private Mail".

And as an edited PS: I might know somebody for you - she's in Ireland at the moment, but I'm gonna ask her; she is qualified, Polish and at the moment doing something that is a bit out of her field. I'll let you know (via Private Mail:) )

Ehm, I'm from Holland, according to some a demented Sodom and Gomorra of liberal thinking - I don't care about naturists, I have no opinion about it. And: business is business. Pls read my last reply in your private mailbox. I gave you my work and my private email address - we could take it from there.

I am curious... I used to live in northern Germany, where FKK / naturism was very popular. Is it just as popular in Poland?

It is popular but in a kinda underground way as a result of catolicism. The people who practise it here want to be able to visit the various nude beaches of the world but they cant because there is no such agency in poland. To book from another country would cost them a fortune.

If you live anywhere near trojmisto there are a number of nude beaches here eg. stogi, debki, leba to name but a few and they are always packed in the summer.

All my wifes friends are naturists and we all go to the naturist haven of croatia ever year and have a whale of a time.

So are you looking to attract naturists from the UK / Germany / Scandinavia etc. to Poland? Or looking to promote in the domestic market?

I may have some contacts who can help - feel free to mail me through my profile.
