Hello everyone!!!
Could you help me guys with translating these phrases (they're from a questionare which i have to fill out)? I mean I understand the words but don't know what these phrases mean. I tried looking them up online but no luck:

Competitive delivery
Competitive quality

Does it mean delivery/quality compared to other companies?

And one more:
Corrective reaction (actually the whole sentence is: "Exceptional product handling and corrective reaction" but i get the first part).

If sb could explain to me, even in English, what these mean I would be very gateful.

Er,
no Polish I'm afraid, however here goes,

A Competitive Delivery service (By a company for example) would be faster and/or cheaper than the delivery service other companies.

Competitive Quality (in a product for example) would be a product that is at least as good as a similar product of another company, and might be better over a given price range.

Corrective reaction - this depends on the context, need more info.
However an example: if a delivery service is not as fast because everyone goes for lunch at the same time necessitating the suspension of the service for an hour in the middle of the day, a corrective reaction would be to stagger lunch times so that half od the staff are out doing deliveries whilst the other half are on lunch.

Is this any help!
